Collaborating with other real estate agents, even those who are not in your immediate area, can be a great way to grow your business. By referring clients to one another, we can expand our reach and build relationships with agents who may be able to provide referrals in the future. It's important to establish a referral fee upfront so that there is no confusion about compensation, which I do a 25% referral fee. My ultimate goal is to work with each other, not against.
